We Have Big News! We’re the First APNPI Accredited Photographer in Oakville

We’re so excited to announce that we’re APNPI certified as a Posed Newborn Photographer! APNPI is an International Professional Newborn Photographer’s Association created by newborn photographers, specifically for newborn photographers. 

They are dedicated to making our industry better and safer.  And to be included in this group of highly skilled professionals makes us so proud of the work we provide to our community.

Over the past few years, we’ve dedicated our time and passion to becoming certified, because our craft of producing beautiful images and keeping your newborn safe are our top priorities for our customers.  

Holding this accreditation demonstrates that the member is a specialist in their chosen field and is a stepping stone away towards earning recognized designations such as Craftsman of Photography and Master Photographer.  

To achieve these designations, an APNPI member must accomplish the following:

• Successfully complete the APNPI Safety course – which we have
• Successfully hold the Qualified Newborn Photographer Certification – which we also have
• Submit 12 images meeting a strict outline of requirements in a chosen category to an APNPI approved Judging Panel of which all 12 images must be deemed “accepted” – which we also have

As of now, newborn photography is not regulated – this means any person with a camera can offer this service without the appropriate training.
