The time needed for each session depends upon which package you choose – 

• Silver Package – up to 40 minutes.
• Gold Package – up to 2 hours.
• Platinum Package – up to 3 hours.

We are available throughout the week for our newborn photography sessions, and the times we have available depends upon the package you choose – 

• Silver Package – 9 am or 11 am (any day during the week)
• Gold/Platinum Package – 9 am (any day during the week)

No, just yourself and your newborn! We have an incredible collection of props, outfits and setups for the sessions, but if there is anything you would like to include then of course you can bring it along. Our studio manager Anita will make sure you are fully prepared for your session prior to it taking place. She goes above and beyond to answer any questions, guaranteeing that you’ll come to your appointment feeling fully prepared and excited!

No! We will be in touch before the session when we can discuss things like wardrobe choices and set expectations for the session. We are thorough and take care in our preparation for your photography session so that everything runs smoothly on the day.

Yes, I am a graduate of the Digital Photography Program at Sheridan College. I’ve been photographing newborns since 2016, and prior to that I captured images of my son, so I have a lot of experience and take a lot of care when photographing newborns. It is my passion!

No! Typically, my clients tend to come from Oakville, Brampton, Toronto, Mississauga, Hamilton, Burlington, Milton, Acton, Ancaster, Brantford, Caledon, Cambridge, Etobicoke, Georgetown, Grimsby, Guelph, Halton Hills, Kitchener, Markham, Niagara, North York, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Stoney Creek, Thornhill, Vaughan, Waterloo, Woodbridge, York, and all of the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). However it is not unheard of for families to travel for 2 hours or more to come to one of our photography sessions.

In our studio, a set or a stylized setup is an actual scene that we photograph your newborn in. It could be for example a prop such as a bowl, bucket, bed, wreath, carriage etc. that is positioned on a wooden floor with fabric cascading over the side of the prop and your little one lying on their back looking up in a sleepy state. Sometimes simple setups can mean so much more so that the eye does not detract from the main subject at hand, your baby.

Once we have your setup ready to go, we photograph your newborn using a variety of camera angles such as shooting into the light, or away from the light. We photograph above your baby and to the side as well. We love to get in close to capture those little details such as the eye lashes, nose, and mouth. So just one set will produce multiple images from your session to choose as your final product in your proofing gallery.
